Simply fill out the information request on this page and click the submit button. Save the Moment will call you to personally welcome you and explain the program.

The only thing you'll need to do is send us your club logo and photographs of your par three holes (either digital photography via email or photographs via mail). We'll prep and enhance these images for you. They're now in our system ready and waiting for that special golf memory to be preserved at your golf course.

In the meantime, you'll receive a free plaque (M-style or J-style) to display in your pro shop, along with a welcome package that includes all the materials needed to save the moment, including your discounted price list.

When the moment happens, you can place your order by phone, fax, mail or this website. As always, please feel free to call us with any questions about our program.
