Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction with our products and services is guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied, please contact our company at 800-741-4377 with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction before shipping back. We will make every effort to correct any problems. All returns must have an assigned Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside label to be returned. Customized or personalized products may not be returned unless an error was made by Save the Moment, and if so, will be replaced or repaired at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
On-Line Orders
On-line orders can be placed using our secure online purchase system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks received will be deposited prior to shipment. We charge your credit card on the day the product is ready for shipment except on required deposits on large orders or back orders exceeding 30 days.
Shipping Policy
Many products ship the same day or the next day after the order has been finalized. We use UPS ground for the U.S. and Canada. We do not accept P.O. Boxes.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and added to product price unless shipping is included in the price of the product. Shipping by express air requires an additional charge.
Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions of the product for locations within the continental U.S. For all other destinations, an additional charge may be added. You will be contacted for approval after shipping costs have been determined.
Prices can be quoted for:
- Next-Day Air
- Two-Day Air
- Three-Day Air
Shipments outside the U.S. & Canada are shipped U.S. Postal International Priority Mail.
Please be sure your address is correct. We must have a street address or a P.O. Box number. There is a charge for any address correction needed by the shipping company or any product that is returned to us as undeliverable. You will be advised by email if there is a problem with delivery.
Shipping & Handling Policy
Order processing and shipment time is normally within one week, but some products do take longer and you will be advised. Rush charges will depend on the product ordered and the complexity of the order. Express Air delivery will shorten the delivery time by two to four days over ground shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and added to the product price. Shipping by Express Air requires an additional charge.
Sales Tax will be charged on all shipments to the state of Florida.

Order Confirmation Policy
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation by your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation after two business days please contact us; we may not have received your order for some reason. If your confirmation or sample layout does not match what you intended, please contact us immediately either by phone or email. Once we receive your confirmation on personalization, information may not be changed without an additional charge. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number, if available.
For ground shipments, allow four to six business days for delivery. For express air, allow two to three business days. (Please note that air shipment time does not include the production time.) Estimated shipment days are calculated after the product is produced. Our customer service personnel can give you an estimated production time and communicate with you if that changes.
Return Policy
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
Products damaged in shipment must be reported to Save the Moment within five business days of receipt. You must keep all packaging, protective filling, documents and the original box.
Please email our office at service@savethemoment.com to report the problem and we will advise the shipping company. The shipping company may contact you regarding the damage.
Please include in your email to us the following:
- Order number
- Your name
- Explanation of the damage to the product
- Are you interested in a replacement of the product?
After receiving your email we will respond to you with our follow-up action.
