Dimensions: 9 1/2" wide by 12" high and includes notepad. The Reminder holds the included note pad and your own insertable calendar in a beautiful leatherette cover with your choice of name, saying and or logo lasered into the cover.

Lasering is included in the price.

A layout will be emailed to you. 1 revised layout at no charge.

Once you approve the layout, no changes can be made.
